科学研究

      自成立以来,倍森生物及下属的倍森基因技术研究所 (Puensum Genetech Institute) 长期专注于微生物基因组学和宏基因组学领域的基础研究、临床应用与开发。基于不断完善的实验及数据分析平台,我们广泛地研究了人体各个部位 (肠道、口腔、皮肤及生殖道) 的微生物组特征,探索了个人微生物组与多种疾病、动物和环境之间的关系,积累了大量的技术与经验;并且在微生物培养组学、代谢组学、病毒组学等新方向上也有突破。
      我们拥有高素质的科研团队和优秀管理人员,覆盖了生物信息学、计算机科学、临床医学和营养学等多个专业方向的精英;此外,还有国内外顶尖的微生物学家和资深医学专家作为科学顾问。科研方面,倍森生物目前已有 100 多篇高水平学术论文在 <Nature Communications>、<Gut>、<Am J Respir Crit>、<Clin Microbiol Infect> 等国际顶尖期刊上发表,总影响因子超过 600+。合作院所包括北京大学、北京中医药大学、大连医科大学、广州医科大学、中山大学附属肿瘤医院、华中科技大学附属同济医院等。


自身免疫性疾病

研究内容:通过对类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等免疫性疾病的大规模研究,探索其肠道及口腔微生物组信号及致病机理,开发针对自身免疫病的微生物干预方案。

研究内容:通过对结直肠癌、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、胆囊炎等消化系统疾病的研究,挖掘肠道微生物的机理和诊断价值,分离特异性的致病菌和有益菌,为临床预防和治疗提供帮助。
